Charity begins at work
How Fitness Giving works: your company funds a campaign, your team connects Strava and starts moving, every mile becomes money in their giving wallet, they choose which charities it goes to and how much each one gets, and we pay every charity and reconcile it from a single payment. Your first campaign is free.
No wearable to buy. No admin for your team.
The first campaign is on us
£5,000
Run a £5,000 campaign.
Pay us nothing.
Fund your first campaign from your own budget, up to £5,000, and run it on Fitness Giving at no cost. Your money, your charities, 100% of it reaching them. After that it is £3,000 a year for your company, plus £20 for each active participant — never a penny from the pot.
One campaign per company.
Why it works
Your people already want to give.
Most of them can’t afford to.
Giving is what people do when there is money spare, and for most of your team there isn’t. Not because they don’t care — because rent came first. So the wanting goes nowhere, year after year.
The constraint comes off
The money is your budget, so nobody is choosing between a cause they care about and their own bills. They give at a level they could never reach personally, and it costs them nothing.
They choose, not you
Every pound goes where that employee sends it — their charity, their reason, their name on it. That is the difference between a company donating on their behalf and them actually giving.
Earned, not granted
They move, and the money follows. It reads as something they did rather than a benefit handed down — which is why it lands differently from a wellbeing perk nobody asked for.
That is the gift of giving without the economic constraint — and it is why people stay engaged with it long after a step challenge would have fizzled out.
Employee and customer engagement from budgets you already have
A win-win-win for your company
Simple for everyone. Employees connect a tracker they already use. You set a budget. Everyday activity turns into donations to causes that matter.
01
Your people win
They give at a level they could never afford
Not a perk handed down. The cause is theirs, the choice is theirs, and the money moves because they moved — so it means something a voucher never could.
02
Charities win
Money that was never going to reach them
This is not redirected fundraising — it is budget that would otherwise have gone to a single corporate donation. Instead it reaches dozens of causes, chosen by the people who care about them.
03
You win
A budget you already spend, doing more
Same CSR line, more engagement, and numbers you can put in front of a board — participation, miles, money donated. Share one link; we handle the tracking, the wallets and the payouts.
The admin
One payment from you.
We do the rest.
Spreading money across dozens of charities is somebody’s week — payments to chase, references to match, a reconciliation nobody volunteers for. That is the reason most of these ideas never leave the meeting. So we took it off you entirely.
You make one payment
Fund the campaign once, from the budget you already have. Not one transfer per charity, per employee, per month — one, at the start, and you are done.
We pay the charities
Every donation your people choose goes out through our charity platform with the right reference attached. You are not in the loop, and neither is your finance team.
You onboard no one
No vetting, no setup, no bank details to hold for a charity you have never dealt with. Your people choose from charities that are already registered and verified.
Every donation is recorded as it happens — which charity, how much, and the date it was paid. At year end that is one reconciled record of where the budget went, ready for your accounts.
Meet people where they are
A dog walk counts.
So does a marathon.
Most fitness schemes quietly decide who they are for. Post a leaderboard and you have told everyone outside the top ten not to bother. Fitness Giving helps you support what your people already do — and whatever they have been meaning to start.
No bar to clear
There is no minimum distance, no qualifying pace, no target to hit before anything counts. Every mile earns from the first one, whether it took six minutes or twenty-six.
Nobody is ranked against anybody
Your effort earns for your cause. That is the whole relationship. Someone training for a marathon does not make the person walking to the shops count for less.
Room to go further, if they want to
Plenty of people find they go a bit further once it is going somewhere. That is a nice thing to happen — but it is theirs to choose, not a target we set for them.
Getting off the bus a stop early and training for a marathon are the same thing here: somebody moving a little more than they would have, and a cause they care about getting something out of it.
